If I could give more stars I would. Professional, courteous, and punctual are a few of the adjectives I would use to describe the team. Talent is locally owner by folks who are grounded in the principles of faith, family, and service, it doesn't matter whether you get one of the owners or one of the apprentices, you can expect world class service, never an upsell, never trying to squeeze a dime from you. Whether it's a new unit installation, a repair of an antique you're just trying to get through one more season, or simple human error on your part, these guys will get you going. Google says there are 1,499 HVAC companies in Alabama and the only one I'm ever calling is Talent.

This is an awesome heating and air company. The two men who came Tyler and Lane were very friendly and professional. They did great work and made sure to explain anything we asked them about. Talent is lucky to have these two young men on their staff. Thank you for a job well done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

These guys are hand down the only HVAC guys I will ever use again. Totally reasonable pricing, fast reliable service (especially when the a/c stops working in these Alabama summers), and just good dudes all around. 10/10 would have beers with anyone on their team.

During the big cold spell our system went out. Called Talent and Lane came out within an hour and stayed until he got it working. Tyler then came back and made sure everything was still working at its best. The system is 10 years old and we know it will have to be replaced soon, but these Gentlemen came to our rescue and made sure we were taken care of! The Talent Team is AMAZING and would recommend to anyone!

Thomas and Terry were amazing! They were able to spot the issue with our air con unit right away and were able to fix it within minutes!!! Even after a previous company told us it would cost thousands of dollars for a fix and even more to replace!! I highly recommend Talent they were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and above all HONEST! These guys are great! They came out when we needed them most. They fit me in their schedule on one of the hottest days of the year and did the repairs very quickly and efficiently. Terry was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure our HVAC system was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right highly recommend Terry for any heating or cooling needs!

I was referred to Talent by someone who has used them multiple times. I had already had 4 other companies out to quote a new system. Terry came out, from the beginning I felt as if his assessment went well beyond all the other companies. I contacted Terry to schedule the install and a week later they were at the house. The guys there to do the install, Lane and the other two gentlemen worked their tails off. They were there from 9:30-7:30 on a not so simple install. They never complained and didn’t leave until everything was done. Everyone from Talent was professional, respectful, and knocked it out of the park on customer service. I can’t recommend Talent enough, the experience was top notch from beginning to end.

Total Replacement of HVAC: Have an extremely large attic with no storage space due to poor HVAC design & overabundance of ductwork with several cold spots thru-out house. TALENT came, saw, agreed & designed a new layout of the entire system, splitting one unit into two systems which resolved ALL issues. Curtis & Riley (installers) were knowledgeable, courteous & precise in their craftsmanship. The entire TALENT TEAM was exceptional in their understanding & willingness to design & install a system that corrected the faults of the original installation. One-week post-install & we are quite pleased, comfortable & more than satisfied with our experience working with TALENT. Highly recommend! FIVE STARS (Ask for Curtis & Riley, too.)
