Terry was prompt in answering our initial inquiry about our need for a new HVAC system for my elderly mother's home (called us back within 10 minutes of our online inquiry!!). He fit us in to the schedule for an estimate the next day, was on time, completed a full inspection and gave us several options that would be best for not only the size and configuration of her home but her budget. Talent Heating and Air came back the following Monday (our initial consult was on Thursday) and installed the new system for my mom. Terry and his crew were professional, courteous, efficient and we will gladly use them for our own HVAC maintenance and servicing in our home as well as recommend them to anyone in need of the services they provide!
